As part of the cooperative urban development project Stadtbühne, a non-profit association was founded with the aim of distributing the diverse tasks of maintenance, organization, and communication surrounding the shared use of public space at the Haus der Statistik in a spirit of solidarity. The association positions itself as an intermediary structure that decentralizes responsibility, placing it in the hands of the various organizations that activate the site—including local initiatives, cultural institutions, social actors, and residents from the surrounding neighborhood. In this way, a collective framework of responsibility emerges, understanding the Stadtbühne not only as a place of encounter but as a shared project in continuous negotiation.
