The project understands public space as a collective canvas – an open visual program continuously rewritten by the voices, gestures, and traces of the city’s inhabitants. Art is not conceived as a monumental object but as an everyday practice: a tool for participation, visibility, and the shared negotiation of meaning. In this sense, the city itself becomes a medium – a constantly transforming resonance space in which art becomes accessible to all.
